ADC Principals have developed a strategy which involves implementation of a catalytic opportunity related to US Medicare Health Claim Recoveries, designed to provide funding for creation and expansion of HGVS Ecosystems.

HGVS Claims Recovery Ecosystem
Healthcare systems across the United States process billions of dollars in Medicare claims each year. A meaningful portion of these claims are denied—not necessarily due to lack of validity, but often due to complexity in submission, evolving diagnostic relationships, and limitations in traditional claims processing systems.
As a result, hospitals frequently forego revenue that reflects services already provided and care already delivered.

The HGVS Claims Recovery Ecosystem is designed to address this condition through the application of advanced technologies, data analysis, and specialized expertise to identify, reprocess, and recover eligible claims.
This approach enables participating hospitals to recover value from prior periods, strengthening financial stability while reinforcing the integrity and efficiency of the healthcare system.

US Medicare Health Claims Recovery Initiative
The Ecosystem is a recognition of a persistent multi-year condition existing with regard to Hospital submissions to US Medicare for various types of hospital services claims. With Medicare denied claims exceeding USD$18 billion per year, Medicare Experts working with international hospital information technologies specialists have been developing a new approach for recoveries of denied claims.

Under a specialised arrangement, a participating Hospital sells an eligible patient invoice receivable packet ("Hospital Patient Invoices") on a non-contingent basis, acting as reprocessing agent. A local Community Bank facilitates safekeeping, custody and fiscal agent services between Hospital and purchasers.

There are in excess of 7,000 eligible hospitals in the United States. HGVS Ecosystems have designed a Digital Twin for a participating Hospital to facilitate reprocessing, using advanced ai technologies in a HIPPA compliant Digital Twin cloud instance.

In the event a reprocessing exception requires special expertise, HGVS US is designed to facilitate third-party Medicare Experts to assist.

This type of claim may be reprocessed within one year. The Digital Twin is designed to enable a Hospital to upload previous patient invoices | claims to commence reprocessing. From resubmission to claims payment is expected to require 15 days.

HGVS participants have identified a variety of awareness, education and enrollment means for Hospitals to engage in HGVS Ecosystem. This process will undoutedly involve an initial phase for prototyping, then scaling the Ecosystem nationally.

While no assurance can be given, HGVS participants are expecting purchase levels at an average of 20% of eligible invoices, including reprocessing costs which are estimated at 5% of eligible invoices.  Recovery amounts are expected to vary based on type of claims submitted.
