HGVS Revenue Optimization Ecosystem
While hospitals may revisit denied Medicare claims over a limited timeframe, there exists a broader opportunity to identify qualifying services that were provided but not fully billed on previously paid claims.
In many cases, services delivered during patient care—whether due to complexity, evolving billing practices, or operational constraints—may not have been captured for reimbursement at the time of original submission.

The HGVS Revenue Optimization Ecosystem is designed to address this condition through the application of advanced technologies, data analysis, and specialized expertise to identify and recover eligible reimbursements from prior periods.
By analyzing historical claims data within a structured Digital Twin environment, participating hospitals can uncover additional value from services already rendered—enhancing revenue capture while maintaining compliance with applicable Medicare guidelines.

US Health Claims Optimisation Initiative
This Ecosystem is a recognition that various permitted services costs may be submitted for reimbursement to Medicare, after previous paid claims submissions. Medicare Experts working with international hospital information technologies specialists have been developing a new approach for identifying and obtaining reimbursements for these costs.

As a part of a participating Hospital's HIPPA compliant Digital Twin cloud instance, the Hospital uploads its prior paid Medicare claims data for electronic processing and third-party expert analysis, leading to reimbursement submission. Reimbursements are shared between the Hospital and HGVS Ecosystem participants.
